Our Process
At Diamond Home Transformations we understand that kitchen and bathroom projects can often be overwhelming and stressful. That's why we've developed a detailed process that covers all the bases and provides reassurance every step of the way. You'll also have a single point of contact throughout the project, so you'll always know who you can call to ask questions, make suggestions or get project updates. We always want you to know what to expect at every stage of your project.
Initial Consultation
We'll visit your home and talk about the details of your project. We'll discuss the things you like and don't like about your current kitchen or bath. We may show you cabinet styles or create a rough layout of your new kitchen or bath. Above all we'll listen to your needs in order to craft the best plan of action.
Detailed Design / Plans
Next, we'll take the measurements and information from our initial meeting and work on creating a plan that includes a complete design and budget numbers. Depending on the scope of your project, we may present several options or make suggestions on how to maximize your budget. We'll present our ideas and get your final approval.
Project Scheduling
After we receive your initial deposit, we'll assign a project manager to your project and get in touch with you to create a scheduling plan. We'll clearly outline every stage of the project, along with projected dates for completion. We'll keep you advised about our progress, so you'll always know what's happening.
